Cure for bruxism, teeth-grinding?!?
I grind teeth at night and suffer in the day as a result with headaches and neck while that jawache be unpleasant, causing a lack of concentration, something that can not afford in my GCSE year. Any suggestions? No doctors would be better although I still appreciate the medical advice, too. I refuse to pills! Maybe there are some exercises to help. I'd appreciate any help I can give.
By the way: please do not recommend a mouth guard. I know I can help, but I wear an orthodontic retainer at night than I have teeth that protects the damage. However, often only mouthguards prevent damage rather than actual teeth-grinding.
NTI, consult the web site, find a dentist who does, get one. I use it, its great.
